Handbrake Fix Scrambled or Broken Up Video from DVD

If you have used Handbrake for Windows and the video is all scrambled or broken up then there is a fix that should help. The file that you need, libdvdcss.dll, is needed as well as the correct version of Handbrake. It does seem to be that this works for some people without renaming libdvdcss-2.dll to libdvdcss.dll, you might want to see if that works before renaming.
