Connect Visual Studio 2010 to a SQL Server 2012 LocalDb RC0 database file. In this video, I use the server name (LocalDb)\v11.0. Newer versions of SQL Server Express LocalDB expect (LocalDb)\MSSQLLocalDb. Thanks to Carl Saptarshi, et. al, for pointing that out.
