In the official Spring/Summer 2012 collection show, they wear long sheaths. Owens describes it as "kabuki." "Now I'm in the mood for very roomy, almost kabuki," the designer tells FashionTV, "Something with...more presence." Owens says there's something almost sexy when you have a lot of fabric covering your body but just gliding over it. "You can see everything anyway," he says. Models like Karlie Kloss and Kinga Rajzak walked in long leather dresses and black slinky gowns with bell sleeves. Karlie can make even the most monotone sheath look sexy! "I think you can always count on a Rick to walk that fine line between avant garde ideas and just pure beauty of shape and form ," adds Elle's Anne Slowey.
