MTB recycling Our Pelletisers Our "B" type Pelletisers are used to obtain even grading before sorting, from pre-shredded products. There are 2 main families of pelletiser: - BAS type small capacity machines, intended for small shredding lines - New generation "universal" machines, the fruit of all of MTB's experience, from the BAT 1200 to the BAT 2400. CHARACTERISTICS: - Cutting blades in special treated steel - Cutting blades that can turn over 4 times - Same type of blade on the rotor and the frame - Patented rotor blocking protection for the BAT family - Solder protection for the whole rotor against abrasion - Extremely simple blade and grill assembly FOR: - All types of pre-shredded cable - Aluminium sections - Miscellaneous waste (electronics, fibre glass, PC boards, telephone relays, etc.) - Pre-shred tyres - Pre-shred automotive parts (radiators, bumpers, etc.) - Synthetic materials - Light automotive shredding residue About MTB Recycling For 30 years, MTB Recycling's development has been based on 2 sectors of activity: -Recycling and conversion of non-ferrous metals -Engineering and manufacture of waste processing machines.
