Kia is on a roll. It seems like the Korean automaker can do no wrong as it pushes out new models and upgrades at a rapid pace -- with seven new or significantly redesigned models coming out in 2013. That's good news for value-driven customers. This month, Kia launched two vastly improved models in the same event. The redesigned 2014 Kia Sorento is coming out with an all-new platform that provide more interior cargo room than the previous model. The new Sorento will come in three model styles: the SX, LX and SX Limited (SXL). Prices start at $24,100. If you don't recall much about the previous version of the Kia Forte, you can be forgiven. The sedan's bland design did a better job at blending in that standing out. That won't be an issue with the new Forte, now sporting a sleek and sazzy design that is sure to turn heads. The Forte is also a fantastic value, starting at an estimate price of under $16,000 and should come well-equipped with options for around $18,000. After a day of testing the new Sorento and Forte models, we returned to the luxurious elegance of the W Hotel in Scottsdale and found -- surprise -- the stars of the show positioned perfectly under the see-through windows into the pool above. Once again, Kia deserves the attention.
