Hear how using IBM Rational Team Concert to implement Project Management Information System (PMIS) helped the Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Gov't of India (DeitY) and how the department awarded a large scale IT Consultancy project to Accenture as part of National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). The PMIS is expected to monitor and control ~$320 Mn fund flow, coordination and work across 640 districts with fewer than 1000 Gov't officers from National to Village levels. The Lab Services team studied requirements at DeitY and suggested a solution for effective PMIS by identifying User Categories, a Solution for Master Data Management and Project Dashboard and Status Updates with tabular and graphical reports.
