1. Please unzip xform.zip and you will get another zip xform.ocmod.zip 2. Now unzip xform.ocmod.zip and you will find "upload" folder 3. Now upload all files and folder from upload directory to your opencart directory. That means, first connect via ftp client to the server. Go to opencart's root directory on the server where you have installed. 4. Now at the Client side of the ftp software, please go to upload directory of xform.ocmod, you will see admin, catelog etc folders. Now upload all of these on the server where your opencart files are located. 5. Now rename install.xml to install.ocmod.xml 6. Then go to store admin - Extensions - Extension Installer and select install.ocmod.xml 7. Now go to store admin - Extensions - Modification and hit "Refresh" button 8. Finally go admin - Extensions - Modules - Xform . Now hit "Install" button beside xform
