First and foremost, I need to thank Mr. Tony Horton. P90X has given me a newfound appreciation for all of the adventure in life. I am able to do things now that I never would've dreamed of doing 90 days ago. Fitness is now a way of life for me however, attaining that mindset certainly wasn't easy. Transformation doesn't occur overnight and a lack of results can be frustrating. There were days when I felt stagnant and wanted nothing more than to quit. Whenever I did lack motivation I would remind myself, "Today I will do what others won't so tomorrow I can do what others can't." That was my philosophy through this whole process and it paid off immensely. For those of you in the midst of your own journey, keep pressing on and focus on the longterm benefits. For those of you who would like to change something about your life, there's no one more qualified to do it than YOU! I'm proud of myself for making it this far but I'm just getting started.
