Vb scripting is used to automate those repetitive catia process. Identifying where you exactly repeat the process everytime, is the first step. The next step is to plan the best coding strategy to come along with the result. Commenting is another important strategy while doing vb scripting in Catia. It helps to debug the code or rewrite the codes at a later stage. The basic idea of tutorial program is to first educate the users about VB Scripting and its functioning. Later the users will get familiar with the Macro in CATIA environment.
