This video will discuss how to create a button that will display the server datetime on the page. We style the button using a bootstrap class known as btn and btn-danger. We select this button in JavaScript with what is known as a jQuery selector and use the on function that listens for the click event. When the click happens, we call a function that appends the datetime to the HTML of the webpage. We then shut down IIS to show that when there is no connection to the server, the error message is displayed.
