In this video I want to tell you about three of my favorite exercises that you can use to stay lean and burn fat. It's all about three you have to try: Mountain Climbers, Slide Through Kicks, and Burpees I'm showing you at least two levels of difficulty for each of these - depending on how far along on your fitness journey you are - higher levels for more challenge! But DO try these for three really awesome ways to burn fat and stay lean. Mountain Climbers: They really work your core and upper body. If you are a beginner, go slowly and pay attention to your form and body movement. Advanced workout means get moving! Go as fast as you can for 30 seconds and rest. Try that for 3 rounds and really feel the burn. Slide Throughs: These can be super-tough to do, but not to start. Go into a plank position and cross one leg under your body for the beginner motion. Intermediate: Raise your arm up and work on balance too Advanced: Go for the full motion and add the "kick" at the end. Not easy! But keep working at it and you'll be really strong and lean from doing it. Go for 40 seconds with this one for 3 more rounds Burpees: This is just an all around great exercise and works your whole body. Check out the progress from beginner to advanced. Intermediate: Add a push up Advanced: Go for a jump at the top to really challenge yourself. Do this one for 40 to 50 seconds for three rounds. Add all of them together for an intense fat burning 10 minute exercise that will really get all your muscles working and your heart pumping.
