Pay Day Loans Scams People Using YouTube, Why Are Most of My Videos on a Payday Loan "Site"?

I found this Pay Day Loan advertising site using most of my uploaded YouTube videos. No doubt, there is some clause stated in YouTube's "service" terms making this perfectly legitimate, just like when I found a Daily Kos article I wrote selling anti-smoking aids. I can't make money on YouTube with my videos, since I was banned from Adsense. I vaguely remember getting a publisher's id with YouTube, probably a few days before Adsense deactivated my Blogger account. This id should be null and void. I need to find out if the publisher's id in the source code of the loan website showing my videos is mine. I also need to find out if this is ok and normal in YouTube's Terms. This video is comprised of boring computer screen shots while I complain about adsense, citizen journalism, google, helium, and the daily kos. I titled it with the expectation of this video on the "loan site".
