http://LSAME.com A little angry when I recorded this.. Probably more so now.. Checked SERP ranking ( Google Search Engine Ranking) in 4 different cities and running incognito and proxy to get virtually same results in all.. Meanwhile Rank Tracker Samurai had been getting same results. Now all of the sudden, all our rankings supposedly feel off search engines (they did not). They swore up and down they check from all over and I must be doing it wrong.. The screenshots I sent were done wrong (they weren't) and that the new results (conflicting their old results) must be right. Well NO! RANK TRACKER SAMURAI GOT THEM ALL WRONG! Honestly I make mistakes all the time.. I do not like it, but it happens.. But if I am being paid and I make a mistake on a customer's file I typically refund their money and make it right. They did finally resubmit my data and some of it got fixed, but much of it is still incorrect search engine rankings. They did refund this month's fee. Thanks for the $25 refund.. Too bad I had to waste several hours of my staff's time to get this fixed and about 2 hours of my own time.. The whole reason I pay this is too save the tedious time it takes to get rankings. Oh Well.. Looking for a new search engine rank tracking software.
