Xero is designed so you can collaborate with an accountant or bookkeeper to help you grow your business. If you don't yet have an advisor and want to take your business to the next level, visit xero.com/advisors/ and choose from our growing list of Xero-certified accountants and bookkeepers. To invite a new user, including an accountant, into Xero, navigate to 'General Settings' and 'Users'. Click 'Invite a User' and enter their name and email address. For an accountant, use the 'Advisor' role, which allows them to access all of the advanced accounting tools in Xero. You can invite other users with varying levels of access – perhaps you have a staff member who needs invoice-only access, or an owner who needs read-only access. You can add as many users as you need to your organization. Click 'Continue' and Xero will email them an invite into your business.
