Windows PCs only. This video shows how to install Golden FTP pro. This is a alterative to installing the Sharpdesk software, which is a large program. It's requires a static PC ip address or a DHCP reservation. Your ip address can not change, otherwise the scan will not work. You must also reboot the PC after installation. Sometimes the software has to re-add the scan folder after a reboot. So go back into options and check open shares to make sure scan folder is still there. if it is not, select add to put back in. The folder must be created in the root directory of the C drive and have no spaces. "c:\scans" is fine. "c:\scan folder" is not.
