How to: Grow Healthy Hair FAST! DIY Oil Treatment

Hi beauties! Today I bring you a DIY. Some of you have been asking me for a "haircare routine" but, I honestly don't really have one. This is the only thing that I do to my hair on a regular monthly basis in order to take care of it and maintain it healthy and strong! I began using this shortly after giving birth to my daughter, around four years ago. I was losing A TON of hair and had no idea how to not only stop it but also help bring it back. Needles to say, I haven't had issues with hair loss ever since. Even after giving birth to my son! I don't use heat on this since I do wrap my hair up into a bun and let the heat from my scalp help. But if your hair is in desperate need of some TLC, you can place a shower cap over your head, grab your blow dryer, turn it on, place it over your head and let the heat go to work for about ten minutes ;) You can heat it up like this for a quick treatment.
