I have been trying to figure out a way to convert Iphone video's without buying anything so I can use movie maker to edit and post video's without losing resolution. I tried a few pay one's and this one is the best. You can see a video I did on my iphone and converted with the program i mention in the video. http://youtu.be/O2dWjB2GI-Q. and when you post from publish from movie maker save the movie in 1080HD. You can covert as many videos as you want for free as long as they are 3 minutes or less. The two other programs I found were 150 for one and 99 for the other. I prefer FREE.
