Myprotein's Harrison Twins, Owen and Lewis, are lean, vascular and fit. As a testament to their training and diets they look in good condition all year long. Six/eight pack abs are the norm, their obliques are always on show and their veins are always poppin'...everywhere. However, their legs weren't always an area of great adulation. In fact they were much maligned. In order to overcome such harsh critique the twins set about undergoing an incredible array of volume based leg training to insure growth and vascularity. Here we can see one of their greatest workouts, along with some little known information about the twins.
